Anatomy

I've got my renal/urology anatomy/histology/pathology exam this afternoon. At the moment, I'm sitting in a café, listening to Prince, and doing some last minute studying. I'm currently wondering what the other customers think about the powerpoint slides I'm looking at...

  1. Ah, powerpoint. Well, rock it man. You should own that test! It's like the kind you find at a second-hand store

  3. Hmm, had some problems with glomerular histopathology...

Next exam is tomorrow afternoon. :) Same subject, but diagnosis, investigation, and treatment... with more nephrology than today.

  4. I would take your little red Corvette to campus. That should perk up your mood for the test. I guess I was kinda dreaming when I wrote that earlier post. You'll have to forgive my going so fast. Tomorrow when you wake up, you may swear it is judgement day but remember that life is just a party (although even parties aren't meant to last).

  5. Well, writing exams always makes me feel young again, kinda like it's still 1999.

  6. How old are you?!?!?! I want to know!!! Red corvette? Nice!

  7. Like I've said before, I'm sooooo old that it pains me to talk about it. Bil, for example, is just a kid, compared to me. I was already doing long division by the time he was born.

Me, I'm too old for a little red corvette. Prince, on the other hand, isn't. I can't even pull off a raspberry beret anymore.

  8. I'm 24. I kind of blasted through the whole education system. Ulu is also exaggerating. He's older than me but he is also a genius. He was doing long division really early. It is the Turk in him I think.

  9. ah thanks bil. so if you're 24, then your friend is probably not that old.
Come on, we want to know :o)

  10. If bil is 24 then I'm an x-ray crystallographer ... with two heads.

  11. for some reason, if im 20 (or almost), bil shouldnt be 24. but anyways.

Hey you are watching degrassi and friends, you cannot be old. :-P and how old is old for you?

  12. bil's profile says 32. yup, that makes both of you officially grown up.

how was the exam? sounds rivetingly good fun...

  13. I'm old, but I haven't grown up yet! :) In my old age, my youth (and height) is all I have.

The exam was awesome. Great cases, fun diagnosis. I love it when everything comes together. I realized, though, that the 'easy stuff' I had glossed over in my studying, was not as easy as I thought. :)

  16. Recently, I got carded, and the person thought that I was using a fake ID. She couldn't believe the birth date.

  17. Having seen and met you, I'm quite sure that the age on your ID is an error. Perhaps your parents told you and school officials that you were older than you were so that they could send you away to college earlier.

  18. Oh man, I've been rumbled. I am 32 and it is old. Getting old sucks.
