Plates

Tonight, I took my old Massachusetts plates off of my car and bike, and replaced them with Alberta ones. So, I'm finally completely legal. I'm sorta sad about it, I guess. I'm not sure why.

Tomorrow, I'm heading up to Banff, until Sunday. That was my motivation for getting my car registered: I didn't want to get hauled off to jail, while I was driving people up to the park. Anyways, there's some meds conference on. Banff has hot springs, and that is what I'll be up to on Sunday morning. How's that for relaxation? Truly, meds is like a long vacation.

Aargh! Who won the book reading competition. No more friggin cliff hangers.

Banff sounds fantastic. J and I should come up and join you some weekend. I wonder how much it costs to go to Calgary for LAX, I'll check it out.

Massachusetts. Hard to cut all the ties to any place. I miss taking the T and coffee with buddies. Life is more active for us here but definitely hasn't replaced everything.

Oh yeah, it was me. Magic Pants dropped the ball; I beat him by some thirty pages.

Like I said, Calgary is pretty ugly, and I'm just starting to figure out the dining scene (it may be better than I thought), but the mountains are great. I need to spend more time over there; it's partly the cost of gas that stops me.
